Nestle into nature and explore your inner world through meditations, nature walks and outdoor movement sessions. You’ll leave the retreat feeling connected to the Earth and your body after a long weekend taking in the views and anchoring your feet on the ground. 

This women’s retreat is a chance for you to give back to yourself, so you can shine bright in the world as the force that you are.

Relax in a luxurious mountain home

Take in magnificent views of Beaver Creek Mountain while staying in a Luxury Mountainside Home. The house is surrounded by aspen trees and ample space outdoors to enjoy observing wildlife. There is an outdoor hot tub and indoor steam shower to indulge in during your free time. Every deluxe room has its own bathroom and view of nature. Replenish your body with nourishing vegetarian meals prepared daily by our skilled chef, Adriana. All dietary needs are addressed.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a delicious vegetarian dinner and a sacred space to set intentions for the weekend. On Friday and Saturday, you’ll enjoy meditation, Qigong, nature walks, breathwork, yoga and ample free time for self-reflection, connection to nature and relaxation. Sunday we’ll finish the weekend with a closing ceremony and brunch before your departure. To create space for clarity this will be a technology and alcohol free weekend.

In addition to our retreat schedule, we have onsite massage therapy and energy sessions available to enhance your relaxation. You’ll be able to select and purchase your add on experiences during the registration process.

Cancellation policy:

We take a $500 non refundable deposit at time of registration to secure accommodations. If you need to cancel for health or emergency we will give a full refund minus $500 deposit up until 2 weeks before event. After that , NO REFUNDS are provided.

Nicole Timmerman has been in the wellness industry for a quarter of a century. Nicole brings passion, kindness and a sense of humor to create transformational experiences. She is passionate about empowering women to recognize the importance of creating Self-care habits so they can live a fulfilled and joyful life. Certified Qigong instructor since 2005. Certified in Breath Empowerment technique 2018. Yoga Teacher Certification in 2010. Leads specially curated wellness experiences and Intentional Dance parties. Nicole loves nature.
