Breathwork has been practiced for thousands of years in various cultures and traditions. We use various breathing techniques and exercises that intentionally influence your mental, emotional, and physical state. It's not just about breathing deeply, but about harnessing your breath as a powerful tool for transformation and well-being. Unlike our usual unconscious breathing, breathwork involves bringing awareness to your breath and intentionally modifying its rhythm, depth, and patterns. Breathwork is a powerful tool.

    Breathwork Techniques:

    • Beginner’s Breath for Relaxation: A guided four-sided breath practice to calm the nervous system. Great for when feeling stressed, agitated, or overwhelmed.

    • Box Breath: A continuous cycle of a 4-count inhale, 4-count hold, 4-count exhale, and 4-count hold to regulate the nervous system. This is a more advanced version of Beginner’s Breath.

    • Breath Journey: A guided process to help clear trauma, regulate the nervous system, improve sleep, create clarity, and bring awareness to your inner state. A typical session lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours and is available for both group and individual sessions.

  • Meditation, in its simplest form, is the practice of focusing your attention and becoming aware of the present moment. It's about training your mind to be less reactive and more observant of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations without judgment. Practicing meditation daily helps improve overall wellbeing. Meditation is a skill that takes practice, but even a few minutes a day can make a difference. Remember, there's no "right" way to meditate, so be patient with yourself and find a technique that works best for you.

    • Reduces stress and anxiety
